On Form InstructionsCap-Dat ACORD Forms come with a hyperlink "Instructions" button on over 400 of the ACORD forms. (The forms without the button are too simple and self explanatory to need instructions - i.e. insurance company name fields) Click on the "Instructions" button and you are taken to our web page providing a detailed description of the purpose of the forms and often what is being asked for in each question.
Click the browsers "Back" tab and you return to the form you were working on with the information you have already entered still in the form. Wisdom is not knowing everything - it is knowing where to find the answer.
